Past Events Event Held I work in a call centre, where we have regular "Fun Days" which are specifically organized to raise money for charity. On 29th February, 2010, we had a Fun Day to raise funds for the Haiti Disaster. Various events took place, from baking cakes to raffles and other slightly more extreme events. One person had his legs waxed, but I actually had my back waxed. This was a bit of a challenge for the 2 ladies who did the waxing as I was pretty hairy and as they said, the hair didn't want to come out. We succeeded, and have raised £157.50 for the fund. I would like to say thank you to Tracy and Cesca for their hard work in this event, and well done for not giving up. Here are some pictures - before and after the waxing.
